NOTE: In the unlikely event that your return does not meet requirement(s), our
Customer Service Team will notify you before sending it back to you. In this instance, your return courier/postal fee will not be reimbursed.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team at 603 - 5621 0516 as soon as possible. BH Fitness Malaysia Online will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to BH Fitness Malaysia Headquarter and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.


Refunds process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned item and it will be processed by BH Fitness Malaysia Headquarter and will normally take up to 3 - 5 working days.

Delivery Charges

Where BH Fitness Malaysia Online considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to BH Fitness Malaysia Online within 7 days from the date you received the item to the post stamp date on the return parcel will be at BH Fitness Malaysia Online’s cost.

Returns and Repairs

You may return goods we have delivered to you by mail by contacting our Customer Service Team at 603 - 5621 0516. They will assist you with any return or repair. This may include inspecting the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement.

Goods must be returned within 7 days from the date you received the item to the post stamp date on the return parcel. If any goods cannot be easily returned to us, due to their size, the fault or because they have been affixed or installed in your premises, please contact our Customer Service Team at 603 - 5621 0516 and we will arrange an inspection to assess the goods.

Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability and incorrect fault description.

You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee, which fee may vary due to reasons beyond our control.

In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

Requirements for a valid return:

Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc)
Bank details in Return Form if original payment is made via iPay88.
Include printed Return Form and BH Fitness Malaysia Tax Invoice in each return package box
Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met 

How long does it take to replace my item?

Replacement process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product.
Please expect to receive your replacement within the following time frame:
In Metro areas: 1 - 6 working days
In Non-Metro areas: 7 - 10 working days
